Helix Vibe

As with Helix Air and Helix Brush, Helix Vibe derives its name from its innovative helical wash path, which is four times the length of the tank. However, unlike Helix Air, Helix Vibe does not use a gooseneck conveyor to transport the product out of the tank. Instead, the product is propelled out of the tank by the very current washing it, minimizing mechanical contact.

Once out of the tank, the product is sprayed with clean fresh water and the vibratory platform shakes off any remaining impurities and excess water. The impurities are filtered by a metal mesh filter and the water is recycled into the main tank.
