Helix Brush

Helix Brush is ideally suited for round or semi-round products such as cherry tomatoes, lemons, oranges and other citrus, dates, apples and pears.

Helix Brush starts the cleaning process by gently shaking debris free from the product before washing begins. The product is then rinsed by sprinklers; this pre-wash cycle removes dirt and soil before the product enters the main tank, keeping the tank water cleaner for longer.

A gooseneck conveyor transports the product into the main tank, where the helical current propels it along a path four times the length of the tank. When the product reaches the other side of the tank, it is deposited onto a soft roller brush bed while receiving a fresh water shower to finish the process.
